Debra Vilen creates abstract landscapes which are inspired by the natural world. Her color work captures the effects of time and the elements on the American Icon, the automobile. Her more recent works are studies in light and form which capture the fleeting quality of the elements themselves. The works are printed in small editions in her Dumbo studio in Brooklyn, NY.
